Salvation is God's plan for his creation to have a one on one loving relationship with him; and all his wonders to behold. This means he wants to feel all your hurts and pains of life also he wants to know your joy and sorrows, because he cares so much for you. He wanted to let you know you're not alone so he sent his only begotten son to give his life for you and the world.{By way of the cross- what a price to pay, what a love to show!} Three days later he rose from the grave, not as a spirit but in the same flesh to show that he had power over life and death and held the key to everlasting life. He just didn't do it for the Jews or for certain ones, but for all who will believe on Jesus.
The main thing is your heart, man looks on the outside but God looks in your heart. Receiving him into your heart and life gives you power to do the things that please God, and to obey his holy word the bible. There's no magic or spells, just a decision from your heart to want to change, a deep desire to stop and turn from your sinful ways and a heart that wants to know the one who gave his life for you, me and the world. It's a life of faith that we live; trusting in what God as done through his son Jesus the Christ. This gives us power to become Overcomers for Christ. See, we do not live this new life for ourselves but for Jesus, giving all areas of our old life to him to keep under his power as LORD and Master over this life we now live in the flesh.
That means we are not in charge, he is! Well now is the time! Don't think you have time, because we don't know the time or the hour when death is going to call. One simple prayer: Dear Jesus I confess that I'm a sinner, I want to change my way and life and live for you. I believe that you died on the cross for my sin, and three days later you rose from the dead with all power in your hands, and you now sit in heaven as a PERSON making intersession for me. Help me Jesus to live for you. Fill me with precious Spirit. Come into my heart. Thank you Jesus for saving me.
